Overview

These Terms of Service apply when you visit clawdyfamily.com or place an order from Clawdy Family.

Products

Clawdy Family products are PLA 3D printed desk figures and collectibles. They are not toys and are recommended for ages 14 and up. Product photos and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible, but layer lines, small seams, glue marks, tiny surface marks, and minor finish differences can happen because each piece is printed and assembled in small batches.

Orders

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. We may cancel or refuse an order if information is incomplete, payment fails, fraud is suspected, stock is unavailable, or an obvious pricing or product error appears on the site.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in USD. Payment is collected through available checkout payment providers, including PayPal. Your order is not confirmed until payment is authorized or received.

Shipping

Processing times, shipping rates, delivery estimates, customs, and damaged package handling are described in our Shipping & Returns page. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Returns and refunds

Return eligibility, damaged item handling, refund timing, and cancellations are described in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Use of the site

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with checkout, copy product content for misleading purposes, or use the site for fraudulent activity.

Intellectual property

Clawdy Family names, product designs, photos, artwork, text, and site content belong to Clawdy Family or their respective owners. You may not copy, resell, reproduce, or use them commercially without written permission.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Clawdy Family is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses related to site use, shipping delays, customs delays, carrier issues, or product misuse.

Changes

We may update these terms or store policies from time to time. The latest version posted on the site applies to future visits and orders.
