Refund and Returns Policy

Handmade product notice
Clawdy Family products are made with PLA using small-batch 3D printing and hand assembly. Layer lines, small seams, glue marks, tiny surface marks, and minor finish differences can appear. These are normal handmade 3D printed characteristics and are not treated as defects unless they affect the product's intended display use.
Returns and exchanges
Because each item is handmade and has its own small variations, we do not accept no-reason returns or exchanges when the item is delivered safely, correctly, and without shipping damage, unless required by applicable law.
European Union withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may have a statutory right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. This right applies in addition to our damaged, defective, or wrong item policy and is handled as required by applicable law.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
- Items returned because of a change of mind, preference, color expectation, size expectation, or normal handmade 3D print characteristics.
- Custom, personalized, or specially requested items unless they arrive damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect.
- Items damaged by misuse, drops, heat, moisture, modification, or normal wear after delivery.
- Gift cards, digital items, or final sale items if we offer them in the future.
Shipping damage, defects, or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.
How to report an issue

- Tell us which item has a problem and what happened.
- Include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label.
- Wait for our instructions before sending anything back.
Return shipping
For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we will review the case and decide whether a return is needed or whether photos are enough to process a replacement or refund.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production or packing has not started, we will try to cancel and refund the order. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies.
