Shipping & Returns

Processing time

Most Clawdy Family products are made, checked, and packed in small batches. Orders usually ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received.

If an order includes several items, we may ship them together in one package once the full order is ready.

Shipping rates

  • United States: Standard Shipping is currently $5.90.
  • United States: orders of $39.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • Europe: Standard Shipping is currently $6.90.
  • Europe: orders of $49.00 or more qualify for free shipping.
  • If your destination is not available at checkout, we are not shipping there yet.
  • The final shipping cost is shown at checkout before payment.

Delivery estimates

United States delivery usually takes 7-15 business days after dispatch. Europe delivery usually takes 10-25 business days after dispatch. Carrier delays, customs checks, holidays, and remote delivery areas may add extra time.

Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send the tracking information to the email address used at checkout.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For orders shipped to the United States through our current shipping route, eligible import duties and taxes are handled by the shipping service and included in the total shown at checkout. In most cases, you will not need to pay additional import fees at delivery.

For orders shipped outside the United States, customs duties, VAT, or other import fees may be charged by your local customs authority or carrier. These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are your responsibility as the buyer, unless stated otherwise on the product page or at checkout.

Customs or the carrier may contact you directly if payment, documents, or delivery confirmation are required. Please respond to them promptly. If your tracking shows a customs hold or you receive a customs notice, contact us and we can help provide order or shipment information.

All parcels must be declared accurately. If customs delays, additional charges, returns, or failed delivery occur because of incorrect address details, unpaid import charges, or incomplete customs handling by the recipient, we may need to contact you before we can resolve or reship the order.

Wrong or incomplete addresses

Please check your shipping address before placing an order. If a package is returned because the address was wrong, incomplete, or refused, we can reship it after the buyer pays the additional shipping cost.

Damaged or missing packages

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label. If tracking shows delivery but you cannot find the package, contact the carrier first and then email us with your order number.
