Refund and Returns Policy

Return window

Contact us within 14 days of delivery if you want to request a return. Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging when possible.

Items that cannot be returned

  • Custom, personalized, or specially requested items unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items damaged by misuse, drops, heat, moisture, modification, or normal wear after delivery.
  • Gift cards, digital items, or final sale items if we offer them in the future.

Small-batch 3D print details

Minor layer lines, tiny surface marks, small color shifts, and slight fit variations can happen with small-batch 3D printing. These are normal production characteristics and are not treated as defects unless they affect the product's intended display use.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label. We may offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the issue.

How to request a return

  • Email hello@clawdyfamily.com with your order number.
  • Tell us which item you want to return and why.
  • Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

Return shipping

For buyer-choice returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping costs, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not refundable unless the return is caused by our mistake.

For damaged, defective, or wrong items, we will review the case and decide whether a return is needed or whether photos are enough to process a replacement or refund.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will confirm whether the refund is approved. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may need additional time to post the refund.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production or packing has not started, we will try to cancel and refund the order. If the order has already shipped, the return process applies.
